Third Medical Party Services

The Third Medical Party Services are provided by a third party, not Company. Company is only facilitating access to Third Medical Party Services. You expressly acknowledge and agree that Company (i) is not involved with the Third Medical Party Services and (ii) does not warrant, endorse, or guarantee and EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL RESPONSIBILITY AND LIABILITY FOR THE THIRD PARTY MEDICAL SERVICES.

5. Indemnity Obligation

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Company (and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates) from all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) that arise from the Products or Third Party Medical Services.

6. Limitation of Liability

Company has no liability for the Products or Third Party Medical Services. For any other aspects of the Services, if Company is aware of potential loss or harms, its maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed $100.
